First of all, you won’t find any of us wearing a suit (unless you find us on our way to a wedding or a christening).It’s only a little thing but it encapsulates what we’re trying to do here – and that’s to make the process as easy and as comfortable as possible for you, our customer.And to make you comfortable, we have to be comfortable… and therefore, no suits.

Secondly, we think you’ll recognise the difference in how we communicate with you.

We know how important mortgages are, whether you’re a first time buyer, moving home or looking for a buy to let property.That’s why communication is key.We’ll keep you up to date with progress, we’ll be jargon free (and feel free to challenge us if we slip in the odd little bit of jargon) and we’ll make sure you are fully informed every step of the way – so there are no surprises.

Finally, and we hope the biggest difference you’ll see is in our attitude to you, business and life in general.
